Rumskii has dark skin, white hair, and yellow eyes. She has black horns, black hooves and small batlike wings, and as such is sometimes mistaken for a demon, though she insists she is a perfectly normal sheep. She wears a white undergarment with a black overcoat which includes a detachable wing strap.

Rumskii made her first Twitch stream on 18 June, making affiliate status on the 24th. She revealed a new V2.0 model on 11 November, and announced 1,000 Twitch followers on 24 December.

2021

At the beginning of 2021, Rumskii primarily streamed on Twitch.

On 26 March, Rumskii announced her "graduation" on Twitter, rickrolling readers in the announcement message. In a stream, Rumskii clarified that she was graduating university, not graduating from streaming, but would be taking a break for at least two to three weeks. By this point, Rumskii had 1.5K followers on Twitch and 575 subscribers on YouTube.

2023

On 5 January, Rumskii reached 2,000 Twitch followers.
