Appearance
Nene has the appearance of a normal girl. She wears a pink shirt with a heart cutout above her cleavage and white ribbons on her sleeves, a black suspender skirt with white wings on the back, white socks and red Mary Jane shoes. She has turquoise eyes. Her hair is black and long, it ends at the hip area, and has a small ahoge on the top of it. She has also a small white wing on each side of her head holding up hair loops. She has a gold chain necklace with an oval charm with wings on it.

On 23 January, Nene announced that she would get her second 2D model and an update to her rigging.
On 28 January, Nene debuted her second (Legacy) 2D costume. In this costume Nene got a model update including some new facial expressions such as having heart shaped and surprised pupils and stick her tongue out a little. She got two new hairstyles using twintails, one has small low twintails while the second has long twintails in both variants the side hair lock turn outwards, in the left lock she retains one of the small angel wing hairpins that she uses in her first outfit. Nene wears a nun outfit, the outfit has a white neck with a thin black lace this piece seems to be adjusted to her dress by white straps. She retains the same necklace as her original appearance.
Her outfit is a black shoulderless dress, with a big cleavage with a white outline, the dress has eight golden bottoms in pairs of four that are parallel to the white straps used to maintain the neck in place, the straps are adjusted to two white diamond shaped cloth around her belly area, the lower end of these diamonds are decorated with golden eight pointed stars, under these the dress opens leaving the middle section of her dress separated from the sides, the middle section is decorated by a big eight pointed star with small dots around the diagonal sides and two five pointed stars near the corners of this section, the openings at the sides leave her thighs exposed revealing that Nene wears two pairs of white leg belts, with long white socks with black four pointed stars in the ankles and black shoes. Additionally, Nene wears a veil on top of her head with small angel's wings decorations at each side of her head and a halo. Concept illustration shows that the dress has a small white bow in the lower back.

On 7 August, Nene revealed the outfit design of her 3D model.
On 10 October, Nene re-debuted with an upgraded (Legacy) model, showcasing new rigging, a casual outfit inspired by her original design, and new hairstyles. This new attire introduces two additional hairstyles, along with toggleable cow ears and a new dizzy eye expression. The first hairstyle features pigtails with buns and bangs that part in the middle, revealing a glimpse of her forehead for the first time. The second hairstyle features long hair and bangs that hide one of her eyes; this style introduces a second lighter shade of blue alongside her traditional dark desaturated blue hair color. This outfit is interchangeable with her first two outfits, allowing for a multitude of new fashion combinations.

On 19 May, Nene debuted her fifth (Legacy) outfit, a nightgown that can be toggled between pink and blue colors. She can take off her white sweater, and Cloudtomo eye mask, and can put on glasses. She can also make the midsection part of her nightgown transparent. She can also now do smug eyes and stick out her tongue, and her navel was made deeper and more centered. Additionally, this outfit features two new hair styles, one with giant loops and another featuring a messy bed head look. She is also able to alternate between several preexisting hairstyles including the twin tail styles from her Nun outfit as well as the one eye covered style from her Miko outfit.

On 18 August, Nene participated in the "EONIA: Everlasting Memory" 3D concert with her genmates to celebrate EONIA's 3rd anniversary.

On 30 November, Nene held her indie debut stream alongside her (Legacy) Nene 3.0 reveal. Her new 3.0 outfit adds a Jirai Kei twist to her original pink sweater design and includes an alternate short-sleeve version. This updated version of Nene features two new hairstyles and several toggles. The first hairstyle is long hair with loops that splits down the back and features two shades of blue. The second hairstyle is a braided twin-tail style that spirals at the ends, also in two shades of blue. The new toggles include a blank-eye expression, a hand gesture holding a controller, a hand gesture holding her face, and various on-off toggles for accessories.

On 12 January, Nene revealed her (Legacy) ASMR model, which features a unique lap pillow point of view. The model comes with two different tops: the first is a white long-sleeved shirt with the word "Tenshi" printed on it, and the second is a high-waisted sleeveless pink shirt with a heart cutout. This model also includes several toggles, which allow for various facial expressions and hand gestures.
On 26 April, Nene released her seventh original song "Don't Look Down."
On 18 May, Nene revealed her (Legacy) 3D maid outfit during EONIA’s 3D Maid Outfit Relay.
On 14 June, Nene revealed her new Live2D model and retired all previous Live2D and 3D models, except for the second 3D Chibi outfit.
Notable features of the new model include a refreshed art style, updated rigging, advanced facial tracking, new hairstyles, two new outfits, a new heart halo, several beauty marks, a hair band-aid that tracks her emotions, numerous new toggles, and a new assistant named the Big Love Technician.
The first outfit features a pink zip-up jacket covered in decorative pins, a white leotard-style sweater, a white plaid skirt, white fishnet stockings, and pink high-top-style high-heeled shoes with white laces. Additional accessories include a black choker with an egg-shaped necklace, a pink harness, and a pink garter belt. Toggles allow the jacket and skirt to be removed, revealing the leotard portion of the outfit. Other toggles include a hand-waving gesture, a gaming controller, and a cow hood.
The second outfit has a pajama theme, featuring an oversized white button-up shirt.
