She comes across as very warm and caring, but some occasional tendencies can't be denied. She is mostly calm, but doesn't shy away from getting loud and intense when defending what's important to her or talking about her obsessions. Ninette is a young woman with light skin and long light blue hair with a light pink underdye reaching to the small of her back. Her eyes feature a gradient from pale violet at the top over blue in the center to light pink at the bottom. She has a small under her left eye. Her ears are pointy and extend outward horizontally. Earrings made from silvery beads arranged in a heart shape with a pink bow on top hang from them. Above them, two small white feathered wings with some soft blue and pink extend from her head. Two dark blue ribbons are tied to the wing bases. She is wearing a short light blue and white dress with a puffy skirt and puffy sleeves. It reaches from just above her bust to her upper thighs. Apart from two , her shoulders are free. The skirt and sleeves have white frills. Light pink ribbons decorate the sides of her sleeves and the right side of the skirt, and dark blue ribbons are tied around her wrists. A soft pastel violet bow with a pink heart-shaped gem in the center decorates the middle of her neckline. Around her neck she is wearing a light blue choker with light blue and white frills. On her legs she is wearing sheer white open-foot lace stockings ending on her mid-thighs, and light blue closed-toe with medium-wide heels. She has scars on her shoulder blades where her wings once attached.

Her Twitch channel was created on 14 November 2016. She occasionally streamed between 2016 and 2020, but didn't start streaming regularly until she became a VTuber. Her main YouTube channel was created on 19 October 2023. Her VODs YouTube channel was created on 13 November 2023.

"Ninette is an elven girl who mysteriously fell into a new world. Longing to return home and recall her lost memories, she embarks on a journey across this unfamiliar land. Along the way, she writes letters about her adventures, and with each letter, pieces of her lost memories slowly come back to her."

Her mascot and fan personification are lambs called "Lambini." The name is a blend of "lamb" and "bambini" (Italian for "children"). The singular form is "lambino" (male), "lambina" (female), or "lambini" (non-binary), and "bini" can be used as a cute nickname. Fans can create their own lambini designs with the official "Build-A-Bini" picrew.
