a new way to show yourself off to me and to the community with your channel points!

## How it works:
right now, the hat gacha is activated by me, and if you like the hat and have enough channel points, you can buy it for yourself using the BUY HAT redeem!

if you use the CHECK HATS redeem, a little card will pop up showing your inventory. A higher resolution version will automatically post to my Discord server!

each hat has a number 1-20, and rarity 1-5.

you can use !hat hat-rarity [example: !hat 1-4] to change your hat! if you don't have the hat in your inventory, the bot will tell you that you don't have it! if you want to take the hat off, you can use !hat 0-0.
