On 23 August, Onatsu revealed her Live2D model and debuted as a VTuber on Twitch, while celebrating her 30th birthday.
On 9 September, she uploaded the "digest" summary video of her VTuber debut to YouTube.
2023
On 28 October, she did her oldest publicly viewable stream on YouTube, playing "Woman Communication" (ウーマンコミュニケーション), an innuendo adventure game.
On 1 November, she received a new 2D model, which serves as her 2nd outfit. The outfit consists of a white shoulder piece with long sleeves, exposing a short black top, paired with black hot pants and black thigh high boots. She also wears a distinctive white eye mask on her head.
2024
On 23 August, Onatsu celebrated her birthday with a re-debut and new outfit reveal stream on Twitch. On the same day, she uploaded her cover of "Envy Cat Walk" (エンヴィキャットウォーク) by to YouTube. This design which serves as her 3rd outfit, is a black and indigo open jacket worn over a revealing black dress, with a glowing purple talisman covering her cleavage.
On 28 August, she uploaded the highlights compilation of her re-debut and new outfit reveal stream, to YouTube.
On 16 December, her YouTube channel reached 20,000 subscribers.
On 25 December, her YouTube channel reached 30,000 subscribers after 1 hour and 44 minutes into her Christmas stream.

On 23 August, Onatsu celebrated her birthday and unveiled a new twintails hairstyle. On the same day, she premiered her cover of "Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari" (君の知らない物語) by Ryo feat. on her channel.

- From 1 June to 29 June 2025, she participated in the MADTOWN β (Beta) GTA event server organized by Crazy Raccoon, where she worked as the sole proprietress of the OneNightFactory★ food shop. She became known for her shop's popular menu items, where the name of every dish and drink were innuendos, complete with suggestive images of food and drinks.
- From 1 October to 30 October 2025, she participated in the MADTOWN GTA event server organized by Crazy Raccoon, where she operated the odd jobs rental service "Rental Misoji" (レンタルみそぢ, lit. rent-a-30-year-old) and restaurant "Ryoutei Misoji" (料亭みそぢ, Japanese Restaurant Misoji), with Yano Kuromu and Yukoku Roberu as her staff. - Her full name Onatsu no Nibitashi, written as 「おなつのにびたし」 without any kanji, sounds the same as 「お夏の煮びたし」 "onatsu no nibitashi" where "onatsu" (お夏) means summer, while "" (煮びたし) is a type of soup with simmered fish and/or vegetables.
- Her name is not a normal Japanese name with a readily discernible given name or family name. This is readily apparent given that there is no kanji in her full name, while Japanese family names are always written in kanji.
- She often abbreviates her name to "o72" where 7 can be read "na" in Japanese, and 2 as "tsu" in English using Japanese pronunciation.
- On debut, she revealed her full birth date along with a photograph of her real-life newborn self, and openly called herself a "30 year-old OL" (office worker) VTuber.
