Penumbral is the smallest VTuber "with the ability to be the size of a celestial satellite". He is however, far shorter than Punkalopi. He has short dark hair with white highlights. His eyes silvery grey with crescent moon shaped pupils. He wears a black hoody with a white hood. The hoodie's drawstrings have crescent moons on them facing opposite directions. The right sleeve is missing and shows his arm. His arm has an all black tattoo sleeve with a red honeycomb pattern. He wears a sleeveless black shirt with a large crescent moon on it. He wears black pants with the same pattern as his tattoo sleeve with white pockets. He wears black trainers with white edges and laces, and there are red crescents on the sides.
Personality
He is the enemy of all known bunny girls. NOT TRUE like lopi. He's a sweet bunny ball with his heart on his sleeve who wants to be cradled in a loving woman's arms who will bathe him in dorritos.

He is most well known as the voice for the "Vtubing last week in 60 seconds" shorts which get released every Sunday. Additionally after the short gets uploaded he has a live stream discussing the news for that week. Besides this he streams his podcast "Oshi talk" and sometimes other Vtuber related livestreams on Youtube. He also streams games on his Twitch.
He also sometimes makes Vtuber related videos which he posts on Youtube. He usually tries to post "next week for sure. This time I will upload", though it has been one day since he last uploaded.

On 25 July, Pen praticapted in the Gamer Gauntlet Tournament hosted by Tippy Hendrix. He was in Team Pen alongside Zavvy, Pen as Captain and Rosette Bloodthorn. They 6th place.
