Her hair is pink pigtails with curly side bangs and bangs covering one of her eyes. She wears a frilly white undershirt - paired with a pink bow - with a blue skirt with frilly trimming, and two small black belts with silver buckles. Her shoes are casual dress shoes, paired with white socks with pink bows on them. Her design consists of shrimp appendages, such as antennas and a shrimp tail.

On 4 November, Itsi had began streaming to her YouTube channel. She had also rebranded her previous account on Twitch to be under the alias of "Prawn Star ☆ Itsi" and began streaming there as well. Itsi quickly reached over 2,000 subscribers on YouTube and over 1,500 followers on Twitch shortly after beginning to stream.
