- Her character is a lop rabbit. *Her character has four ears: two detachable rabbit ears and two human ones. Her fans jokingly refer to her ears as myeongnan-jeot(명란젓), a type of salted and fermented pollack roe. *Her 2D model has various unique motions, including shooting beams from her eyes, self-explosion etc., as well as three drinking motions: beer glass, soju shot glass, and soju bottle. * Her chibi model has only one drinking motion, where she drinks orange juice. This is because of her desire to be seen as a "kid-friendly Youtuber". However, like her 2D model, the chibi model also has many unique motions, including stretching her arms out to attack to viewer and using her hair and ears to fly. *Her furry model was created after she promised to make one if a furry-related Youtube video she released was successful in gaining 10k likes in 24 hours. The video surpassed 10k likes it in just 5 hours. It is based on a lop rabbit, the same as her original character. However, as it has paws which rabbits do not have and it barks while rabbits don't do, she named it Totriever(토트리버, Rabbitriever), a mixture of rabbit and retriever. Of course, unlike her other models, the ears are not detachable.

The characters include at least Randoph, Yu Mira(유미라), Geumcheon-i(금천이), DJ Purple Cat(디제이퍼플캣) and an unnamed one who retired on the day of her debut. She also has 3 sub-characters, Wong-azi(웡아지), Mesugaki Radiyu and Furry Radiyu. Excluding Radiyu herself and her AI companion Radian, she has at least 8 alternate characters. Among them, only Yu Mira is used regularly along with Radiyu herself and Radian, while the Furry one is secondary. *Yu Mira is a palette-swap and the exact opposite of the original. She uses a deeper voice, refers to viewers as 돈통 (cash cow), and appears almost exclusively during Halloween streams. Yu Mira's personal color is crimson red, compared to Radiyu's ultramarine. It is possible to switch between Radiyu herself and Yu Mira, though Yu Mira does not yet have a furry model. *She secretly opened a sub-account to have a debut of yet another character, whose model she bought for 10 thousand won. However, as her unique voice could not be hidden, about 1,500 viewers watched her stream. She retired the character right after the debut, resulting that the character is still unnamed. *She once treated Randoph as the past life after the funeral, but as of September 2, 2024, she began to treat Randoph as her 'other self'. This is because Randoph has been mentioned frequently in YouTube comments as well as during streams, and several acquaintances, including HowCow, took advantage of this fact. She also mentioned that Randoph is simply herself, not the past life.

Radiyu began streaming on October 28, after which she immediately went on a two-month hiatus. She returned on December 31.
2020
On 13 July, Radiyu joined the CoaTV group, which mainly focuses on Roblox content. She stayed as a main member of the group until October 29, 2022.
2021
On 27 March, she changed her Youtube channel name from 라디유&랜도프 (Radiyu & Randoph) to 라디유 (Radiyu), marking her channel's departure from her previous persona Randoph. She would later announce an indefinite hiatus for Randoph on May 22, 2021.
2022
On 21 February, Radiyu had her official VTuber debut.. The model introduced a drinking motion with a beer glass. Despite debuting the model, she did not immediately transition to using it full time, reserving it for special occasions and karaoke.
On 3 April, she hosted a funeral on VRChat for Randoph, her previous persona.
2023
On 10 February, Radiyu moved her official fan community from Naver Cafe to Shelter, deactivating the previous one.
On 24 April, Radiyu debuted a chibi model that is her main model to this day.
On 16 December, Radiyu introduced her AI companion Radian.
2024
On 27 February, Radiyu held her official Chzzk stream following Twitch's termination of service in Korea.
On April Fools' Day, April 1, Radiyu debuted a furry model.
On 23 May, Radiyu rejoined the CoaTV Group, after Coa was discharged from the military.
On 13 June, Radiyu's X (previously Twitter) account was suspended, as she set the date of the first stream as 'birthday', violating terms of service related to COPPA. She has no plan to revive it as for now and the account is currently taken by other person.
On 15 July, Radiyu moved her official fan community back from Shelter to Naver Cafe. The previous Shelter was purged on August 7.
On 22 July, shortly after moving her fan community, Radiyu announced a fan-made emoticon contest, as the previous ones were no longer usable due to platform differences. Four winners were selected on August 22, which were officially released on the OGQ Markets on September 3, for Naver, SOOP and Chatting+ (an RCS service released for Samsung Galaxy in joint with SKT, KT and LGT).
On 10 October, Radiyu became a partner streamer of Chzzk. She attached a partner mark to the forehead of her avatar to celebrate it and modified her channel name from '라디유Radiyu' to simple '라디유'.
Fan
*Radiyu's fans are called Wongwongdan (웡웡단), which translates to Woof Woof Brigade. The individual fan is called WongWong-i (웡웡이). Wong is an ad-lib that Radiyu commonly uses while singing, in place of vibrato or forgotten lyrics. They were previously called Ratodan (라토단), which is short for Radiyu Tokki Dan, or Radiyu's Rabbit Brigade. However, as Wong became a popular meme related to her, the name was changed to the current one. *The Wongwongdan character is an egg-shaped lop rabbit.
Happenings
- She sent her YouTube Silver Button to North Korea, instead of to the South. Since then, everyone makes fun of her as Bukdiyu(북디유, North Diyu) whenever something related to 'North Korea' or 'red' is made. This is also the reason why 'The General uses Warp'(장군님 축지법 쓰신다), a North Korean song praising Kim Jong Il, overwhelmingly took first place in the Ideal Type World Cup of her AI song covers.
- She turned on her stream without knowing, at least twice, one of which is due to double-click of 'Start Streaming' button on OBS Studio and the other is because she turned on streaming instead of recording.
- She forgot to turn off her stream as she got drunk after a drinking game. As she slept on her desk, the stream remained on overnight and about 3,500 people came to listen to her sleep. This is why the chat is filled with Z, Z, Z (새, 근) whenever she is away. Also, on the day of her last stream on Twitch, February 26, 2024, she was drunk and behaved in all kinds of ways, and about 7,000 people watched the drunkenness, twice as many as the previous one.
- She turned on YouTube stream instead of only Twitch, as she forgot signing out from YouTube. The stream on YouTube lasted only 27 seconds.
- Her shortest stream was 14 seconds on February 15, 2024, as she turned on the stream instead of recording.
- She bought a haptic suit for about 2 million won, which she could actually get for about a third of the price. This is because she bought it through an overseas purchasing agent, not knowing that the manufacturer, BHaptics, is located in Daejeon, South Korea. As the result, the haptic suit went to USA and back to South Korea, whose price tripling due to various costs such as customs duties and shipping costs.
- On September 17, 2024, She ate chicken jerky, with drinking beer, which actually was pet snack made of human-grade ingredients.

*She is well-known for her distinctive high-pitched voice and unique way of speaking. She can also speak in a low-pitched voice known as Siri-yu(시리유), but not for a long time. Siri-yu's voice is used as for Yu Mira. *She has banned the use of her voice to train AI models. She has also banned the use of her content to post fan-made clips anywhere outside her fan community. *Her current fan community on Naver cafe is named DU Pyeon-ui-jeom(디유편의점, DU Convenience Store), which is a play on Korea's CU convenience stores. Though it was deactivated after being moved to Shelter, the cafe was reactivated on July 15, 2024, as she moved her community back from Shelter. In order to join, one must apply with a Naver account whose identity is verified. The nickname of the account must be a series of six digits, with no more than two repeated digits nor a repeated or recognizable pattern. Plus, the account must not have any profile image before any cafe activities. It is a must to remove the profile image before applying, however, it is temporarily allowed without removing, due to Naver service issues. These rules are not only to prevent any toxic fan activity such as fraternization, but also to obscure being remembered by others, even by Radiyu herself. *Her previous fan community on Shelter was named Wongwongwongwongwongwongwongwong(8 Wongs) and its brief description has 48 Wongs. After she moved the community back to the Naver Cafe, the Shelter was purged on August 7, 2024. *The brief description of her Chzzk channel has exactly 500 characters, which exhaustively repeats '나는 머찐 라디유'(I am cool Radiyu) and ends with '나는 라디유'(I am Radiyu), including whitespaces. This is the maximum number that can be used in Chzzk. *Some time between late 2023 and early 2024, a rogue fan created a Radiyu-themed ransomware, causing Radiyu to post an announcement on Shelter denouncing and expressly forbidding it. The ransomware required victims to solve a problem that could be answered by playing a Radiyu fangame, the answer to which was 43.
