River is a laid back and chill person. She loves to chat with her community and says that she "thrives" when she can spend time with them. River is known to often play games with her friends and be quite loud while doing so but is surprisingly quite shy when she's put in a situation where she needs to speak with people she admires. River can be brash and abrasive at times with her strong sense of justice.

She has light purple eyes with bandages on her face and elf ears and long wavy lavender twin-tails with pink bows and teal bangs. She sports an asymmetrical design with decora-esque decorations on her hair and face with her iconic lavender ahogae in her bangs. She has two bat wings that do not connect to her body and are believed to be held up by "magic."

At the beginning of 2022, River posted a debut trailer to her YouTube channel, edited by Rukqias on Instagram. This was the debut of River's now retired model in which she designed, drew and rigged herself.

2023
On 4 October, River debuted her second, and now retired, model which was rigged by her and drawn by Ophelia, River's best friend and VTuber that does not make content. This model had various outfits such as: OG River, Short Hair River (originally for her 2 year anniversary), and "Froggy" which she used for Cozy and ASMR streams.
Up until 2023, River's content was quite normal and followed a fairly consistent path. However, at the end of 2023, River's house burned down causing her to take multiple hiatuses while she figured out her life. River, as well as all family and pets, made it out safely.
2024
On 9 April, River debuted a new model along with "Femboy River," an outfit based on her short hair outfit from her previous model. River uses these models simultaneously and has redeems for each outfit so viewers can switch between them if they please.
River lived in a rental home until the rebuild of her house was complete. She moved back in at the 1 year mark of the fire and took another hiatus to unpack her "whole life" as she described it.
2025
River came back in April, with a reduced schedule.
In May, River held her first Artist Alley at Anime North.
In July, River is released her "Street Racer" outfit.
Name
- River has stated before that her name was from a username generator back when she was creating her accounts. "I just really liked the name River and felt it suited me, I just didn't know what else would make a good username laughs"
- Peeper Cat is a nickname River gave her cat, Piper. The name stuck.
- River has had 3 models and rigged them herself. She also has multiple Chibi models. River is working on a database for them all.
- All outfit names have been nicknamed by the community.
