Ruki, also known as 琉绮, was a Chinese VTuber with VirtuaReal and one of its first-generation members alongside Eine. She streamed in Chinese and focused on gaming before graduating after her May 2019 debut.

Ruki has light purple hair with long, thin braids, grey-ish purple eyes and multiple hair accessories, including a battery-shaped hair clip. She also has a light blue and purple lightning streak antennae sticking off the top of her head. She wears a black top, a pair of black shorts with a white belt, a see-through holographic jacket with a name tag with her name on it and "who's your daddy" on the sides, purple strings, black knee belts, bandaids on her left leg and a white bandage on her left leg. Additionally, Ruki wears a black sock on her left foot and a purple sock on the other. She wears purple and black sneakers as well, along with a keyboard on her back.
Her original appearance has pink hair with red hair clips, a bandage on the right side of her face, a black top with a zipper, a white jacket and skirt, black socks, and black shoes. She has a gun on her back.
Background
On 19 April 2019, VirtuaReal announced the opening of initial auditions accompanied by an image of several future Livers' silhouettes, including Ruki's. The audition period lasted until 24 April 2019.
On 6 May 2019, VirtuaReal announced their first generation of Livers, Eine and Ruki, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles. On the same day, VirtuaReal formally started their activities. Ruki made her first dynamic post on the same day.
The first wave made their debuts on bilibili split over two days at 20:00 CST on 14 and 15 May, Ruki being the second.

On 18 June, Ruki made her first Weibo post.
On 28 November, Ruki earned the achievement "扫光主播任务" (Sweep Clear the Streamer Task) on bilibili.
On 30 November, Ruki reached 100 captains (i.e. members) on her bilibili channel and was entered into bilibili's hall of fame with the achievement "百人舰队" (Hundred-Man Fleet).
2020
On 24 February, Ruki reached 100,000 fans on her bilibili channel, making her the first overseas Liver to reach 100,000 followers on any streaming platform.
On 28 May, Ruki's 2020 Summertime voice pack went up for sale, lasting until 10 June.
On 25 August, Ruki's 2020 Qixi Festival voice pack went up for sale, lasting until 8 September.
On 30 October, Ruki's 2020 Halloween voice pack went up for sale, lasting until 14 November.

2021

Retirement
On 25 November 2021, Ruki graduated from VirtuaReal after leaving this post, expressing her thanks to her fans and stating that in mid-September she had chosen not to renew her contract and would graduate once it expired. After discussion with staff, Ruki chose to graduate in November after more than two years of activity. Her account stopped accepting gifts on 31 December and all content would remain.
In December 2021, Ruki, along with Kendou, who graduated a day prior, were still present on the official NIJISANJI website, though as of January 2022, they are delisted from the website.
Events
- On 13 August 2019, Ruki participated as a guest in the event Super V Party along with fellow VirtuaReal Liver, Eine, with Tsukino Mito and Higuchi Kaede as MCs.
- On 9 August 2020, Ruki appeared in the Official VirtuaReal booth for the BiliBili World 2020 Shanghai in Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center along with other NIJISANJI Livers. The event lasted for 3 days and celebrated the event's end on the 9th of August 2020.
- On 19 December 2020, Ruki appeared in Bilibili's Macro-Link VR release premiere along with other VirtualReal Livers such as Eine, Aza, Roi, and Nanami.
- On 2 January 2021, Ruki appeared and performed in VirtuaReal's first 3D mixup event called 1st VirtuaReal Music MIX UP!!, the event was held in the previous Shanghai West Culture and Art Center (now relocated to the West Bund Artistic Center).
