On 6 December 2020, VirtuaReal officially announced their eleventh generation of Virtual Livers, including Chiyuu, accompanied by their designs and profiles. Chiyuu made her first dynamic post and released her first video, a cover of twinkle night, on the same day.

Chiyuu is filled with bewilderment towards the human world. One, she doesn't hate humanity, two she isn’t bitter and three she doesn’t murder for money. After searching for solutions by every possible means, Chiyuu received a mobile phone from the hand of a certain black-haired double-ponytailed woman; a phone that can allow her to normally communicate with the outside world, but also as a result signed a contract to become a streamer under the banner of VirtuaReal. Even though the tasks she needs to complete seem inconvenient, at least now she can make contact with living things close to her. For her who has nothing, that's enough.
