Rumi, also known as LanMewKo, has been active with EnVision since August 2021 and is based in Taiwan. She streams in Chinese and Japanese, moving between art, drawing, free talk, gaming, music, reactions, and occasional learning streams. Her model was illustrated by Hong, and her fan name is Rumily.

Debut
Rumi began life as a mascot character for esports streamer LanCat (懶貓), based on the concept of his imaginary younger sister. It was later decided for her to debut as a VTuber. Auditions were held from 29 August 2019 to 16 September 2019.
On 6 August 2021, Rumi officially debuted as a VTuber.
Lore
She was created as part of LanMeow’s mascot project. As LanMeow’s younger sister, she appears cheerful and outgoing on the surface but is actually a game-loving otaku cat in private. Rumi is the younger sister of LanMeow, whom she calls “BOSS.” Full of energy and a bright personality, Rumi loves singing and playing games. Her cute reactions and... charming personality during livestreams have made her very popular among fans.
