She has light blue hair with an ahoge with a yellow tip and animal ears with white tufts and part of her hair ending in a paw shape with light blue eyes.
Debut
Rumi began life as a mascot character for esports streamer LanCat (懶貓), based on the concept of his imaginary younger sister. It was later decided for her to debut as a VTuber. Auditions were held from 29 August 2019 to 16 September 2019.
On 6 August 2021, Rumi officially debuted as a VTuber.
Lore
She was created as part of LanMeow’s mascot project. As LanMeow’s younger sister, she appears cheerful and outgoing on the surface but is actually a game-loving otaku cat in private. Rumi is the younger sister of LanMeow, whom she calls “BOSS.” Full of energy and a bright personality, Rumi loves singing and playing games. Her cute reactions and... charming personality during livestreams have made her very popular among fans.
