On 1 May, auditions looking for new talents were opened, with both Japanese and English-speaking auditions held in tandem.
On 24 November, Specialite announced the debut of the company’s first generation of talents. EN talents: Miki Hitsugi, Utahime Mochizuki, Victoria Valerie, Miu Akumiya; and JP Talents: Kozuya Nano, Oboro Koma and Aisaka Siu.
On 2 December, the 4 English-speaking talents and 3 Japanese-speaking talents debuted with sponsored watchalongs from Filian, Bao, Saruei, Layna Lazar, Miilkywayz, Misu, and OkCode.
On 3 December, the Specialite official website was launched.
2024
On 5 January, Specialite announced the debut of additional members to JP Gen 1: Honami Azusa, Minya Scott and Ryogoku Tsukasa.
On 18 January, Specialite Gen 2 auditions were announced for both EN and JP. Audition period Jan 18 to Feb 11.
On 9 February, Specialite released Valentine's Day bunny-girl-themed merch and date voice packs.
On 22 February, Miu Akumiya's birthday merch and birthday stream were announced.
On 18 April, Victoria Valerie's birthday merch and birthday stream were announced.
On 31 May, Specialite joined Kawa Entertainment at OFFKAI Expo 2024.
On 18 June, Specialite announced the debut of the 2nd generation of JP talents: Yorumo Yoru, Chinen Seira, Hoshikuzu Planei, Sasara Kana, Owarino Mukuro and Yukime Lumi.
On 29 June, the 6 new Japanese-speaking members would debut.
On 17 September, Specialite announced the debut of the 2nd generation of EN talents: Elyza.EVE, Bluebell.EVE, Mischief.EVE, Hysteria.EVE and Azeria.EVE.

On 20 January, Specialite announced the termination of Yorumo Yoru and Sasara Kana.
On 7 February, Specialite announced the debut of the 3rd generation of JP talents: Omo Chitamu, Ai Urara, and Natsukawa Hinori.
English branch closure
On 9 September, Specialite announced that their English branch would close on 6 October. All remaining talents would go independent.
On 17 September, Specialite announced the debut of the 4th generation of JP talents: Onino Meru, Yumemi Mumu, Kamitaba Neruko, and Magomori Magomo.
On 6 October, Specialite EN was officially closed, and the remaining talents became independent as announced.
On 19 October, the independent VTuber Anshinin Misa re-debuted as a member of Specialite.
