Tsukasa is a short, human girl with long, light grey hair. Her eyes are amber.
She wears a black military uniform with gold and red accents. On top of her uniform, she wears a military trench coat with the same style; she doesn't wear the sleeves and the trench coat just hangs on her shoulders. She also wears a black formal polo underneath, a military hat, black gloves, army boots, black socks extending beyond her knees, a red necktie, and a crown-shaped hair clip.

Tsukasa made her debut on 13 January, 2024 (JST) as part of the first generation of Japanese talents at Specialite.
