Strawberry Hyejin

She was a "hopeless romantic" consumed by love for someone unattainable. Despite their indifference, she sacrificed everything for them. Her love curdled into obsession, leading her to secretly eliminate anyone who got close to her beloved. Her family's concerned attempts to intervene were ignored. The physical manifestation of her torment was a... worsening cough that produced flower petals. Her world ended when her beloved explicitly rejected her, shattering her heart. In her despair, she returned home only to be met with the same indifference from her family. Broken and alone, she killed her family before succumbing to her ailment, dying surrounded by bloodied petals.

In death, she awoke as a spirit in her ruined, time-worn home. Realizing she was a ghost and haunted by the memory of her murders, she discovered she could still touch a single memento: a cherished pink beret from her childhood. Following a mysterious voice, she left her home and found a pristine brick building in a forest clearing. There, a veiled spirit explained she was there because of her broken heart and devoted love.

Inside the warm, welcoming building, she was able to interact with objects again. The spirit told her, "You have suffered enough, let your death become the light for others." Given the power to manifest a part of the building with her heart, she created a quaint cafe. Naming it "StrawberryHyejin," she found her new purpose: to serve others and give the love that was never appreciated in her life. The story's arc concludes that from her devotion came sacrifice, from sacrifice came death, and from death, she finally found a form of love even manifesting a power where anything or anyone she draws that have passed can be brought back to life.
