What we are currently aware of is that Old Caller is a robotic entity with a decaying organic interior,... they make content as ordered by someone they call the CEO against their will, apparently going under some kind of transformation to the current robotic casing as a form of control, and is heavily implied to be initially a human prior to this and due to said transformation has a hunger for other Vtubers.
