ToraRTP is cheerful, goofy, and absurdly random, with a knack for situational comedy. He’s playfully cheeky and loves teasing certain members of chat consensually, though he turns bashful the moment his co-hosts, especially Hreowan, start roasting him on stream. He’s also intellectually curious and inquisitive, which is why he prefers playing puzzle games more than anything. He openly admits he hates horror games because jumpscares trigger his anxiety. At times he can be easily distracted and mildly forgetful, which often leads chat to tease him like someone with ADHD.

He shows his love for his community by setting healthy boundaries, while actively supporting the LGBTQ+ community and speaking up for animal rights.

ToraRTP is a tall man with a cyberpunk-inspired look. He has blond hair, red eyes, a tan complexion, shark-like teeth, and bushy eyebrows. His outfit consists of a black motorcycle jacket with red padding over a deep red undershirt patterned with tiger stripes, paired with slightly ripped black jeans and black-and-red sneakers. He wears a silver dog tag engraved with the name “Tora” written in Baybayin, along with thick eyeglasses, fingerless gloves, a tactical smartwatch, and several earrings on his right ear.

In some of his art poses, he is also seen carrying a futuristic gun.

ToraRTP was originally launched as RedTigerPlays on Facebook Gaming on 23 January 2021. He initially streamed as a flesh VTuber for a few weeks before switching to a 3D model designed by LittleNerdGamer, depicting a punk delinquent-inspired character. In May 2021, he created his official account on X.
