"The coolest and cutest exorcist in all of Xenokuni!" Hakka has a happy-go-lucky personality with a sarcastic sense of humor, he is versed in the double sense and loves to make jokes with his guild mates and other holomembers. He has stated many times that he loves his fans.

He has dark purple hair in a ponytail and a small braid in his bangs with a single white streak and has a red hair tie with white feathers that has black tips and light blue eyes. He wears dark sandals with tall heels/platforms.

On 2 January 2023, hololive production English Twitter account teased an announcement for TEMPUS along with a very short video.

On 4 January 2023, hololive production English Twitter account announced that four new members would be joining TEMPUS with an introductory video including their names, lore and social media accounts. Hakka made his first tweet on this date, including one written in Spanish and a small teaser video was uploaded on his YouTube channel. His Twitter account was created in October 2022 and his YouTube channel was created on 19 October 2022.

On 8 January 2023 (JST), Hakka debuted on YouTube. He also released his first original song "Raven's Paradigm."

  • In debut he has shown to be able to speak English, Spanish and Japanese.
  • He's clarified in a zatsudan stream that he's still in the process of learning Japanese. He's noted to understand and read a little in hiragana and katakana. When listening to Japanese, he's able to process the context of what's happening.

  • When Hakka was in school, playing kickball with some friends in the school warehouse when the ball used in the game was kicked and landed in the school ceiling, so Hakka who was the shortest at that time, climbed a guava tree to go to the ceiling. In the ceiling, Hakka spotted a lizard, so he scared and lost his balance, also the roof moved, so Hakka fell with this butt into the ground with the roof tiles, also the ball fell on his head.
  • During a swamp tour, Hakka got stung by an Aedes Aegypti (Yellow Fever Mosquito) and got Dengue, the dehydration was so bad that the doctors couldn't see his veins, so the doctors put the IV in Hakka's feet. Also during that time, Hakka's appendix burst, during his recovery from that double problem, he got an Intestinal infection, and he wonders why he is still alive.
  • He is the first "bird themed" HOLOSTARS member, having a motif and one of his gaming alias is "justabirbguy." Also is the fifth "bird themed" hololive production member (sixth if one counts Oozora Subaru, who developed a duck theme post-debut) after Takanashi Kiara (phoenix), Pavolia Reine (peacock), Nanashi Mumei (owl), and Takane Lui (hawk). On 15 January he released his first cover of "Living ghost is alive" by Utsu-P.

On 5 February (JST), Hakka opened his YouTube channel's membership feature.

On 1 March, he reached 100,000 YouTube subscribers.
