About
Tsugiki Kimari, also known as 接木きまり, was a Japanese VTuber from Hoheto Production’s 1st Generation, debuting on YouTube in February 2023. When the agency disbanded at the end of 2023, she kept going as an independent VTuber with the same model and channel, alongside her genmate Nononomura Latte. She has since graduated.

Kimari has a down-to-earth personality and is willing to make friends with anyone. She takes things seriously, especially when it comes to her activities as a VTuber, but will often sneak in humour and jokes to lighten the mood. She takes pride in being from "the countryside" (having an accent that is distinct from Standard Japanese) and displays a fascination with the urban lifestyle. In general, she acts like a typical Japanese high-school student and enjoys talking about the mundane parts of life.
Appearance
In her illustrations, which are made using AI, Kimari generally has long hair which is dark brown in colour, and eyes with amber coloured irises. However, as the illustrations are created via AI, the colour and hairstyle can vary, but she is usually depicted wearing a school uniform.
Kimari's current Live2D model has light brown hair and and eyes that are the same colour as her hair. Her Live2D model shows her in a frilly dress with exposed shoulders.

Kimari's YouTube channel was created on 16 October 2022.
On 27 October 2022, Mechu Inc. (ミーチュー株式会社) announced the launch of its AI art-assisted VTuber agency Hoheto Production and revealed its first 7 members: Tsugiki Kimari, Dateno Mil, Haua, Montgomery Lanya, Amae Mitsu, Nononomura Latte, and Samezaki Nako.. On the same day, the first AI illustration of Kimari (posted by staff) was uploaded to Twitter.
On 3 November 2022, Kimari posted her first Tweet written by herself and not by staff. She was originally set to debut in November 2022, but this was delayed for unknown reasons.
