Vaisravana transformed from a cat to a humanoid with cat features, on the day of her Wizard disappeared. She didn't know what to make of it, first it was weird to have thumbs, to be able to hold things. She used this new form to study her Wizard's books, now uses that knowledge to craft up a spell to find her missing companion.
