Victor is just a silly boy.

On 21 November 2023, VTuber agency ZenithVE posted a cryptic announcement of an upcoming project. On 30 November, they announced applications for their first generation, PolyPlush. Applications were open until 31 December.

Victor Bunsly's YouTube account was created on 14 March 2024. Meanwhile, on 26 March, YouTube channels and Twitter accounts of four members were announced: Victor Bunsly, Laika Cream, Liliana Underwood, and Ares Nanos. Silhouettes depicted what appeared to be a female character and three plush toys. An early preview of Victor's appearance and singing voice were posted to Twitter on 29 March.

Victor's debut stream took place on 8 April 2024 at 11am PST or 6PM UTC. It was followed on 9, 11, and 12 April by the debuts of three genmates.

• Victor doesn't have a formal community name. He addresses to his fans as "everybunny."

• Victor is a bunny who was bought in a crane game machine. A girl gave him a bow and that amulet once served as a magical transformation item. He hopes to transform into a real boy one day. He can only unlock this form with the power of everbody's love.

• Victor is a big fan of magical girl anime. He collects magical girl toys and merch, and at debut had over 40 magical girl dolls.
• He likes all things Sanrio. His favorite Sanrio character is Pompompurin. He has over 30 Pompompurin animals. He also likes Dear Daniel.
• He likes iced "silly little drinks", extremely spicy food. He cannot function without at least one silly drink a day.
• He likes to sleep in super cold temperatures, and would ideally have the temperature at 50°F (10°C). He sleeps with air conditioning directly at his face.
• He dislikes people who can't self-reflect, being sedated, hot weather, receiving phone calls, and being seen by the mail person.
• He also like kissing boys.
• His hobbies include arts and crafts, antique and thrift shopping, giving advice, niche subculture deep-dives, and being in places he doesn't belong.
• His favorite anime are Cardcaptor Sakura, A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, Ah! My Goddess, Lucky Star, The Melanchology of Suzumiya Haruhi, The Moomins, Yuri on Ice, Run With the Wind, Polar Bear Cafe, and Shounen Hollywood.
