Hi! My name is Volt Raoul. I'm an EN VTuber who enjoys streaming, games, and eye-rolling jokes.

I'm a hacker. I used to hack for personal gain, but now I attempt to expose those who are corrupt (and if I personally gain in the process, then that's a happy coincidence).
I've been known by many aliases, but as of right now, I'm just Volt Raoul.
I have a variety of gadgets that allow me to better apply my skills. I can submit a complete copy of my consciousness into cyberspace in order to more directly access confidential servers and archives. Or sometimes I just chill in cyberspace and stream games, which is probably what you're seeing right now!
