The agency was founded in November of 2023. On 1 December, they published a trailer announcing the debut of three talents: Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus. On 14 December, they debuted with a relay stream debut.

On 1 February, they announced the debut of Apollo for 15 February. On 14 February, the first cover by the Mythos talents premiered on the official YouTube channel. They covered CUPID by FIFTY FIFTY. On 28 February, they announced that they will hold a "Mythos Clipper Contest." In April, they announced that Ares would debut on 7 May. On 8 July, they announced that Clotho would debut on 15 July. On 22 September, ARCANUM was announced to debut on 28 September. On 14 December, MythosHQ was awarded 'Rising VTuber Org' at the 2024 VTuber Awards hosted by Filian and Shylily. On 30 December, MythosHQ announced DIVINOS, a trio of male talents that would debut on 11 January 2025.

On 10 January, the day before their debuts, the three members of DIVINOS got banned from Twitch. The ban was however lifted a few hours later. On 11 January, DIVINOS debuted on Twitch. On 20 February, it was announced that Zeus would be graduating on 25 February due to IRL circumstances, making her the first Mythos member to graduate. On 16 July, Hephaestus announced that she would be ceasing streaming activities effective immediately in order to focus on her IRL obligations. On 27 August, it was announced that Athena would be graduating on 5 September due to getting an overseas opportunity, making him the first male Mythos member to graduate. On 1 October, it was announced that Artemis would be graduating on 5 October.

On 3 January, MythosHQ announced that talent manager TrayLegacy had acquired the Mythos brand and IP, officially taking on the role of Owner and CEO. TrayLegacy also offered a separate statement discussing how he came to this decision after discussions with the former CEO as well as current and former talents. In the same message, he also announced Mythos's first concert. According one of the interviewees for a potential staff position, MythosHQ prior to 2026 had two owner and founders, one of them being Nux Taku. On 23 January, Mythos announced that Hades would graduate on 27 January. On 28 February, Mythos announced that Clotho would graduate on 12 March. On 17 April, Mythos announced that the Twitter/X accounts for Thor Runefall, Freyja Valdis, Loki LaufeyVT, and Odin Ravenseye are live.
