Nasu is cheerful, good natured and loving. She wishes nothing but the happiness of others. Of course you should not leave her as then her yandere side might pop up a little, wielding her signature knife stained with the "strawberry jam" of many "sandwiches" made with love love love love love love love and of course LOVE.

She has deep pink fluffy/wavy hair with bangs covering her eyes, a black heart hair clip and white nurse cap, and dark pink eyes with a bandage over her nose. Her nurse dress has a heart shaped 'boob window' with frills in the middle of her cleavage.
Lore
An average nurse was brave enough to take on "Patient 0" of her local hospital. The patient was erratic, manic and pushy with everyone he saw around him. Once the patient made a full recovery, Nasu released him with a job well done. But it wasn't long before she herself collapsed, infected with the same mysterious affliction.
The virus inside of her caused her body to mutate. Her red hair turned magenta, her eyes from brown to pink, fangs growing from her teeth and small hearts appeared in her pupils. Her behavior began to shift, she was constantly giddy, empty headed and giggly. She was acting as if she was in love.
Her admiration for those she cared about shifted into a deep obsession and suddenly she needed to tell EVERYONE how much she loved them. This affliction was labeled as "Lovesickness."
By recommendation of a hospital colleague, Nasu now streams full time in order to release the love in her heart. If not released, her heart may burst at any moment.
Lore
A nurse who contracted the "Lovesick Virus", forcing her to feel immense amounts of affection and love. Her way of handling it? Keeping her patients captive in her basement, never allowed to leave.

- Smolsu is an alternate universe version of Nasu who is caring and nurturing in a non yandere way. after accidentally opening a sketti portal while eating sketti the worlds got mixed and the bandaids were switched around. Living in a lovely basement with some Halloween decorations Smolsu takes care of her band-aids who are free to walk in and out of the basement.
