<p>On 18 April, Propro announced the launch of its male VTuber group, "Actors to Live!" and the upcoming debut of its first member, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Amakasu_Kazari" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Amakasu Kazari</a> (天霞かざり).</p> <p>On 25 April, Amakasu Kazari made his debut as the first member.</p> <p>On 13 May, Propro announced a new Actors to Live! member: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Sayonaki_Mio" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sayonaki Mio</a> (小夜鳴ミオ).</p> <p>On 12 June, the new member <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Izumiya_Ritsu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Izumiya Ritsu</a> (静宮リツ) announced on Twitter that he has joined the group, with his debut to follow later in the year.</p> <p>On 24 June, Sayonaki Mio made his debut as the second member.</p> <p>On 22 July, Actors to Live! announced the first video upload of its new member: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Irodori_Irori" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Irodori Irori</a> (紅酉いろり).</p> <p>On 4 August, Irodori Irori made his debut as the third member.</p> <p>On 12 August, the new member <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Yumine_Shino" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Yumine Shino</a> (夕峰シノ) made his debut as the fourth member.</p> <p>On 25 August, the new member <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Minamo_Natsuki" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Minamo Natsuki</a> (水雲凪月) made his debut as the fifth member.</p> <p>On 17 November, Minamo Natsuki retired due to personal reasons.</p>

<p>On 30 January, Propro announced an upcoming Propro Production member: the independent VTuber <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@sakura_nagomi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sakura Nagomi</a> (桜なごみ) would be joining the agency. She will redebut as a member of the agency on 11 February.</p> <p>On 11 February, Sakura Nagomi held her redebut into Propro Production.</p> <p>On 21 February, Propro announced the transfer of <a href="/wiki/Sakura_Isumi" data-wiki-target="Sakura Isumi">Sakura Isumi</a> and <a href="/wiki/Umituki_Yuru" data-wiki-target="Umituki Yuru">Umituki Yuru</a> to its formerly all-male group <a href="https://twitter.com/actors_to_live" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Actors to Live!</a>, which was then transferred externally to the agency <a href="/wiki/MAHA5" data-wiki-target="MAHA5">MAHA5JAPAN</a> as its newest group.</p> <p>On 30 March, <a href="/wiki/Shiduki_Sena" data-wiki-target="Shiduki Sena">Shiduki Sena</a> graduated from the agency and continued as an independent VTuber.</p> <p>On 1 April, Propro announced that all of its talents, with the exception of <a href="/wiki/Koinoya_Mai" data-wiki-target="Koinoya Mai">Koinoya Mai</a>, will graduate from the agency.</p> <ul><li><a href="/wiki/Kaduki_Mikuru" data-wiki-target="Kaduki Mikuru">Kaduki Mikuru</a>, <a href="/wiki/Fuuka_Rin" data-wiki-target="Fuuka Rin">Fuuka Rin</a>, <a href="/wiki/Hoshino_Miyako" data-wiki-target="Hoshino Miyako">Hoshino Miyako</a> and <a href="/wiki/Sakura_Nagomi" data-wiki-target="Sakura Nagomi">Sakura Nagomi</a> will become independent on 26 April, while <a href="/wiki/Ikoi_Momoa" data-wiki-target="Ikoi Momoa">Ikoi Momoa</a> and <a href="/wiki/Hinotori_Mera" data-wiki-target="Hinotori Mera">Hinotori Mera</a> will become independent at the end of June.</li></ul> <ul><li>On the other hand, <a href="/wiki/Nekomiya_Fuyu" data-wiki-target="Nekomiya Fuyu">Nekomiya Fuyu</a> will retire on 24 April, and <a href="/wiki/Amanohoshi_Chiroru" data-wiki-target="Amanohoshi Chiroru">Amanohoshi Chiroru</a>, <a href="/wiki/Shirose_Aoi" data-wiki-target="Shirose Aoi">Shirose Aoi</a>, and <a href="/wiki/Sakuya_Azusa" data-wiki-target="Sakuya Azusa">Sakuya Azusa</a> will each retire separately in June.</li></ul> <p>On 21 April, the remaining members of Propro held a graduation ceremony collaboration stream on <a href="/wiki/Hinotori_Mera" data-wiki-target="Hinotori Mera">Hinotori Mera</a>'s channel.</p> <p>On 24 April, Nekomiya Fuyu retired.</p> <p>On 26 April, Kaduki Mikuru, Fuuka Rin, Hoshino Miyako and Sakura Nagomi left the agency and continued as independent VTubers.</p> <p>On 1 June, Shirose Aoi retired.</p> <p>On 23 June, Sakuya Azusa retired.</p> <p>On 30 June, Amanohoshi Chiroru retired after holding her own graduation stream, while Ikoi Momoa and Hinotori Mera left the agency and continued as independent VTubers. Propro's indie VTuber support service <a href="/wiki/A.M.S" data-wiki-target="A.M.S">A.M.S</a> also ended on the same day, and all VTubers signed up to it returned to being unaffiliated indies.</p>

<p>On 21 January, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Izumiya_Ritsu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Izumiya Ritsu</a> made his debut on YouTube, although he had been active on Twitter and Twitcasting since he joined Actors to Live! in 2023.</p>

<p>On 22 February, the group Dazzzzz Resistar was formed from the three remaining male members of Actors to Live! who did not transfer to <a href="/wiki/MAHA5" data-wiki-target="MAHA5">MAHA5JAPAN</a>.</p>

<p>On 19 January, Vkano retweeted the first tweet of their upcoming third new member, <a href="/wiki/Daraan_Miavi" data-wiki-target="Daraan Miavi">Daraan Miavi</a>, who is scheduled to debut on 2 February.</p> <p>On 2 February, Daraan Miavi held her debut.</p> <p>On 8 March, Vkano announced the start of auditions for 2nd generation members, with the recruitment period lasting from 10 March to 24 March.</p>
