Nekomiya Fuyu, also called Fuyuyun or 猫宮ふゆ, debuted on YouTube in June 2023 with Propro Production’s Propro Gamers unit. The Japanese VTuber streamed gaming and free-talk content, then graduated in April 2024. Vkano later announced her return as an upcoming member in August 2026.

Retirement
On 1 April, Propro Production announced that all of its talents with the exception of Koinoya Mai, will graduate from the agency. Fuyu, Amanohoshi Chiroru, Shirose Aoi, and Sakuya Azusa will retire. On the other hand, Sakura Nagomi, Kaduki Mikuru, Hoshino Miyako and Fuuka Rin will become independent on 26 April, while Ikoi Momoa and Hinotori Mera will become independent at the end of June.
On 21 April, Fuyu and the remaining members of Propro held a graduation ceremony collaboration stream on Hinotori Mera's channel. On the same day, Mera uploaded the collaboration MV sung by Amanohoshi Chiroru and Kaduki Mikuru (Gen 1), Koinoya Mai, Shirose Aoi, Sakuya Azusa and Ikoi Momoa (Gen 2), Hinotori Mera (Gen 3), and Fuyu, Hoshino Miyako, Fuuka Rin and Sakura Nagomi (Gen 4): a cover of Tabidachi no Hi ni (旅たちの日に, On the day of departure), a popular Japanese school graduation song, on her channel.
On 24 April, Nekomiya Fuyu held her solo graduation stream and retired. Her YouTube channel was later privated and her original Twitter account was deleted at some point after her graduation.
On 30 April, her YouTube channel's subscriber count from this period peaked at 5,080 subscribers.
Return
A new Twitter account for Nekomiya Fuyu was created in August 2026.
On 3 August, Vkano announced that Nekomiya Fuyu will be returning as a member of Vkano. On the same day, she also made her first tweet from this new account, and a teaser video for her re-debut was released on her YouTube channel. Her return and re-debut stream will be on 23 August 2026.
On 4 August, she posted a handwritten letter, stating that she has decided to return upon being invited by Koinoya Mai to audition in Vkano, receiving word from Mai that the working environment and management has changed since the time she graduated from Propro Production in 2024.
