VOICE-ORE

VOICE-ORE (ぼいそーれ) was a Japanese Virtual Voice Actress agency formed in 2020. Produced by marketing consultant business Napoleon Inc., it was focused on developing their talents as voice actors, though they stream as well.
The agency began operations on 25 August 2020 and debuted its first three talents in early 2021. In 2022, the agency was acquired from Napoleon Inc. by Persol Group, beginning a period of improved financials, but also imposed stricter standards on the talents, such as changes to streaming frequency requirements.
In June 2024, VOICE-ORE was disbanded.

2020
On 25 August, the company was founded.
2021
Starting on 24 February, VOICE-ORE debuted their first three talents over the next 3 days: Shiratori Rena, Aoi Mizuki and Himukai Kogane, forming the 1st generation.
Starting on 24 July, the agency debuted three new talents: Aizawa Momo, Asagi Saki and Sumirezaki Rin as the 2nd generation.
On 20 August, Aoi Mizuki held her graduation stream and retired.
On 19 December, Benikaba Sakura debuted as the first member of the 3rd generation.
2022
On 16 January, Chitose Moe debuted as a member of the 3rd gen.
On 27 February, Amairo Marina debuted as the final member of the 3rd gen.
On 9 May, Napoleon Inc. partnered with microverse Inc. and began selling NFT fan club membership cards through the "Stella" service.
On 22 May, Amairo Marina retired.
On 1 October, Aizawa Momo held her graduation stream and retired.
2023
On 28 July, with improved financial stability, VOICE-ORE announced that they would be bringing in the independent VTuber Mikeneko as a new member of the agency, under the alias of "Koito Ria" (恋糸りあ) for her virtual voice actress work.
On 4 May, Subekaraku Okapi began her pre-debut activities (no Live2D model yet) as a 4th gen audition finalist.
On 5 May, Mili Mirror began her pre-debut activities as a 4th gen audition finalist.
On 9 July, Lunon Azu began her pre-debut activities as a 4th gen audition finalist.
On 18 July, Awahoshi Yura began her pre-debut activities as a 4th gen audition finalist.
Starting on 1 August, the 4th generation audition finalists Subekaraku Okapi, Mili Mirror and Lunon Azu officially debuted as VOICE-ORE members. At the same time, the independent VTuber Sakuma Sui officially joined the 4th gen.
On 9 October, Awahoshi Yura debuted as a member of the 4th gen.
On 10 December, VOICE-ORE announced that the independent VTuber Amatsuka Uto would be joining the agency.
On 31 December, Shiratori Rena held her graduation stream and departed from the agency, continuing as an independent VTuber the following day.
2024
Starting in 2024, a supervisory system was implemented with the management's goal of improving professional standards in the agency.
On 10 February, Chitose Moe retired.
In April, Sakuma Sui left the agency, returning to being an independent VTuber.
On 11 May, Mili Mirror left the agency and became an independent VTuber.
On 24 May, VOICE-ORE announced that it would disband on 30 June. All members will become independent and keep their IPs.
On 29 June, Awahoshi Yura held her last stream before going on indefinite hiatus.
Profile
VOICE-ORE is a production company for virtual voice actors (V-Voice Actors for short). V-Voice Actors debut using 2D and 3D models just like ordinary VTubers, but their concept is very different from ordinary VTubers.
As a production company, we aim to help V-voice-over actors, who started out as unknowns, achieve stardom through the support of their fans, and gradually, one small step at a time, sometimes with repeated setbacks, become successful in the voice acting world.
Acquisition
On 6 October, VOICE-ORE was acquired by Persol Innovation, leading to a change in management and the direction of the company.
On 22 November, the agency officially transferred to Persol management.
Disbanding
On 30 June, the agency disbanded. All remaining members continued as independent VTubers. The agency's website, YouTube channel, Twitter, Pixiv and BOOTH accounts all became inaccessible.
