VSPO! (ぶいすぽっ!), an abbreviation of "Virtual eSports Project", is an eSports-focused, all-female Virtual YouTuber agency operated by the Japanese company Virtual Entertainment Inc., which itself is owned by the holding company Brave Group since 2022.
The agency began in late 2018 as Lupinus Virtual Games (LVG), its first Virtual eSports team. In 2020, two new teams called Iris Black Games (IBG) and Cattleya Regina Games (CRG) were then formed alongside LVG. In July of that year, the project name was changed to "Virtual eSports Project" (VSPO!), bringing all three teams under one umbrella group. In 2023, the agency also started its overseas expansion with the opening of its English and Chinese branches, with their respective members debuting the following year. In late 2025, the Chinese branch was shut down and its members transferred to MUGEN LIVE.
VSPO!'s VTubers participate in a diverse range of activities, including streaming, eSports tournaments, collaborations with anime and other cultural media. As of December 2024, the agency has in total more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube, making it the third most subscribed VTuber agency in Japan after hololive production and NIJISANJI.

VSPO!'s management team also revealed the details on the issue, in which Yakumo Beni had a contact with Rion (Crazy Raccoon), who confirmed that he would join Beni's game after her invitation on Twitter; and later joined by Zepher (also from Crazy Raccoon). After several matches, they were joined by another Crazy Raccoon member, Francisco, and CR Ojiji, the CEO of the team. It was later discovered that all members of Crazy Raccoon involved, minus CR Ojiji, were using smurf accounts.
Later on the same day, both VSPO! and Crazy Raccoon released their respective reports on their investigations regarding the issue, and both teams announced to take several measures:
* Both Yakumo Beni and Zepher's activities would be suspended for a month.
* It was discovered that Kaga Sumire was also invited by Rion to play VALORANT once, despite Sumire usually not playing the game, and Rion was using his smurf account in the match. Sumire's activities would be suspended for two weeks.
* CR Ojiji would take a fifteen-percent cut in salary for a year, and delete all accounts for the game.
* Rion was discovered to be letting his brother play on his account multiple times. His activities would be suspended for three months, and he would delete all accounts for the game.
* Francisco was only given a warning from Crazy Raccoon, as he did not use smurf accounts habitually.
* It was announced that Crazy Raccoon received a report from Amatsuki, an utaite (internet singer) and streamer who joined the team in July 2021, saying that he was also involved in a match that his co-players were using smurf accounts. Like Francisco, he was only given a warning from the team, as he had limited knowledge on eSports and was still inexperienced as a competitive player.
* All involved talents' pre-existing and newly created accounts would be under inspections by the management team for VSPO! and a third-party inspection committee led by lawyers for Crazy Raccoon for a year.

VSPO!
The VSPO! main branch is based in Japan. Its earliest members are part of virtual eSports team units which still exist on paper, but since 2022 are no longer used in practice, with all members introducing themselves simply as VSPO! members.
Solo Members
Starting in January 2021, VSPO! discontinued the practice of assigning new members to specific virtual eSports teams as before, with every new member debuting as a solo member.
Some solo members have formed their own, unofficial debut units such as "Hinemosu" (Kuromu, Kokage and Yuuhi) and "Choumusubi" (Hanabi and Moka).

Trivia
who is often referred to by VSPO! members as "Manager 1" (運営1) or Hoshi-san.
* The founder and CEO of Virtual Entertainment Inc. which operates VSPO! is Hoshi Kazuyoshi,
* VSPO! has a recurring game show series called VSPO! Gekilow (ぶいすぽ激ロー, VSPO Gekiro), featuring the VSPO! members and various guests (typically VTubers from other agencies and professional gamers/streamers with connections to VSPO!), who are often invited to join and collaborate (or co-host) remotely with the girls for the show. This is typically split-streamed between YouTube on the agency's official channel (free segments) and NicoNico (paid segments).
* Virtual Entertainment is extremely protective of their talents, and actively monitors derivative works created in their likeness. Specifically, R-18 artworks featuring them is forbidden according to their guides on derivative works and is subject to legal action.
* Virtual Entertainment also implements a policy that requires any clipper who wishes to clip from a VSPO! member's POV, to register through their website (and then join the official VSPO! clippers' Discord server), in order to receive a VSPO! clipping license number (ぶいすぽっ!許諾番号) which must then be displayed in the clip's Description section, before they can release any clips containing a member's POV. Unregistered clippers whose clips include sections from a VSPO! member's POV run the risk of receiving copyright strikes.
* VSPO! accepts transfers of existing VTubers into the agency: Kaminari Qpi (ex-Busokanojo), Komori Met (from 774 inc.) and Yumeno Akari (Independent) are all members who joined without "reincarnating", bringing their character IP with them into the agency.
* VSPO! members do not have managers (in the same way as other big agencies). Instead, they have weekly meetings with management and are expected to organize their activities on their own. According to Hanabusa Lisa, this process was in place from the start (when the agency was just LVG - a small team with only 4 members). Staff will handle production of goods & other merchandise, but the members have to come up with the ideas themselves.
* VSPO! doesn't have "generations" (like hololive) or "waves" (like NIJISANJI). Since 2021, new talents debut one by one as solo members once they are ready. Their closest gen/wave equivalent are the old eSport teams (LVG, IBG and CRG) but members of these teams are not grouped by debut date, and they have not been in use since ~2022.
* In VSPO!, weekly schedule releases are optional: most members do not release weekly schedules at all, and instead rely on social media posts to notify their viewers of upcoming individual streams. "Guerrilla" (unscheduled) streams are also common. Exceptions include the English branch members who all release weekly schedules.
* Certain VSPO! members (namely, everyone from LVG, CRG, Komori Met, Kurumi Noah and Tachibana Hinano) are featured in the Xross Stars, which is a collaboration project between Brave Group subsidiary Game & Co. and eSports organization Crazy Raccoon. They join select Neo-Porte members and the indie VTuber Kamito, as well as Crazy Raccoon's streamers as "leader" characters on the cards.
