On 27 May, VSPO! announced on Twitter that Lisa was admitted to the hospital due to an emergency, and that she will be going on hiatus so that she can focus on treatment and recovery. Her birthday stream scheduled for 3 June will be postponed.

On 19 June, VSPO! management issued an update regarding Lisa, announcing the cancellation of her appearance in "VSPO! Fest 2025" scheduled for November 2025, to ensure her well-being and to avoid putting her under too much strain.

On 18 July, Lisa made a tweet announcing her discharge from the hospital, and stated that she will remain on hiatus for a little longer. During this time, she hopes to be more active on Twitter and post occasional updates as her health allows, until she can return to streaming.

* On 19 September, Lisa participated in the 3rd Vtuber Splatoon 2 Tournament as a member of team "Aim is Power"(team consisting of Lisa, Kurumi Noah, Kogara Toto and Kaga Nazuna). The team won 3rd place.
* On 24 October, Lisa become part of Nazuna's team in Intel PC Festival 2020 as one from four performance to get 10 champion in 12 hours endurance Apex Legends. The team consisting of Lisa, Kogara Toto, and Kaga Nazuna.

* On 16 May, Lisa participated in the Apex Legends Savage Club Cup as team "VSPO?" (ぶいすぽっ？) along with Tachibana Hinano and Kamito. The team took 4th place in the overall ranking.
* On 13 June, Lisa participated in the first Apex Legends Restart Games Festival as team "Geisha Association" along with Virtual Gorilla and Gill. The team took 14th place in the overall ranking.
* On 26 June, Lisa participated in the Apex Legend Kagayaki Cup 1 as team "Double Hammer Naitte ma?" (ダブハン無いってマ？) along with SPYGEA and Onzoushi. The team took 9th place in the overall ranking.
* On 22 August, Lisa participated in Vtuber Most Cooperatitive Tournament #3 (VSaikyou 3) as team "Setsugekka" (雪月花) along with Shirayuki Reid and Uzuki Kou. The team takes 2nd place in the overall ranking. Note: "Cooperatitive" is a portmanteau of "cooperative" and "competitive".
* "Setsugekka" also got 5th place in the "Apex Musume Legend Derby" relay race event held on the night before the VSaikyou 3 main tournament.
* On 18 September, she participated in Apex Legends Reignite Cup #2 Arena Tournament as team "Niku Daisuki" (肉大好き) along with Nun Bora and Shirayuki Reid. The team lost in the Block A qualifier match.
* On 19 September, she participated in Autumn Minecraft Premium Stage ~Big Gathering of Game Streamers~ (秋のマイクラ プレミアム ステージ 〜ゲームストリーマー大集合！〜) as Team A along with Kaga Sumire, Tachibana Hinano, Kaga Nazuna, Kaminari Qpi, and Tosaki Mimi. The team won 1st place in overall ranking.
* On 23 September, Lisa, along with the other VSPO! members, participated in the VSPO! Gekilow (ぶいすぽ激ロー) game show: VSPO! Autumn Surprise Test ~Get out from the academic ability Bronze lobby~ (ぶいすぽっ！秋の抜き打ちテスト～抜け出せ学力ブロンズ帯～) hosted by Kisaragi Ren, Ichinose Uruha, and Shirayuki Reid as the special guest. Lisa ended up in the last place (12th).
* On 11 November, she participated in the ShibuHal Custom 1st Year Anniversary Apex Event as team "Gohan Burger" (ごはんバーガー) along with Kaminari Qpi and Kisaragi Ren.
* On 13 November, she participated in Mildom 2nd Anniversary Apex Cup as team "Niku Daisuki" (肉大好き) along with Nun Bora and Shirayuki Reid. The team placed 2nd in the overall ranking.
* On 27 November, Lisa, along with the other VSPO! members, participated in the VSPO! Gekilow (ぶいすぽ激ロー) game show: Final Battle to Decide the Remote Bistro Queen (リモートビストロクイーン決定戦) hosted by Kisaragi Ren and Shirayuki Reid, with Tonakaito "Hendy" as the remote chef.

* On 16 January, Lisa participated in the CR Cup Vol. 8 (CR Cup 8) Apex tournament as team "Taichou Furyou" (隊長不良) along with Ichinose Uruha and Selly (CR). Her team got 4th place in the overall ranking.
* On 23 February, she participated in the Apex Festival 3 tournament along with Yakumo Beni and Shibuya HAL as team "VSPO!?" (ぶいすぽっ！？). The team placed 14th in the overall ranking.
* On 17 April, she participated in the VTuber Most Cooperatitive Tournament Season 4 (VSaikyou 4) as team "xXShin Sekai no KamiXx" (xX新世界の神Xx, xXGodofThisNewWorldXx) along with Kaga Sumire and Yukoku Roberu. They took 6th place in the overall ranking.
* "xXShin Sekai no KamiXx" also got 13th place in the "Apex Musume Legend Derby #2" relay race event held on the night before the VSaikyou 4 main tournament.

Unfortunately, the Apex tournament was ultimately cancelled due to a bugged lobby and major instability issues in the game, preventing the event from being held properly.
