She has a rather clumsy, yet persevering personality that only makes her more endearing to her fans. She is not shy about teasing her seniors and often gets teased back as a result.
Appearance
Eris has long cornflower blue hair with a light yellow halo-shaped, and eyes with periwinkle blue irises. She has an assortment of accessories on her hair, but the most distinctive one is her flying fish mascot by the bun on the left side of her hair.

Eris's YouTube and Twitch channels were created on 8 August 2025, and her Twitter account was created in November 2025. Her first tweet was made on November 2025.

* Her flying fish mascot is called "Tobi" which was derived from the Japanese word for "flying fish" (トビウオ).
* Her fans are called "Tobidachi" which is a portmanteau of the Japanese words for "flying fish" (tobiuo) + "friend" (友達). It was initially "Sushidachi" which was decided via poll on her second stream, but officially changed to Tobidachi during her third stream, at around 2 hours and 29 minutes in.

She then continued playing for the next ~8 hours, serving as a preview of her long streaming capability.
* She often streams for much longer than what's usual for VTubers, but she denies being an endurance streamer. She had to be reminded by management at least once to hold back a little out of concern for her health.
* She is also known to occasionally fake her ending screens to queue for another VALORANT game in the background, coming back after a "Match Found" announcement.
* The technical misfortunes (debut buffering from internet connection issues, global Cloudflare outage) she suffered in her earliest streams have been called "sharks" by her and her fans in line with her fish motif.
* She has been called "the unluckiest member of VSPO!" by EN management due to her string of physical and technical mishaps (ankle injury and monitor problem, to name a few) before debut.
* Her series of early bad luck experiences was topped off by how she became the first VSPO! member ever to have been denied monetization by YouTube, which is the main reason that she took nearly 2 months to get monetized after debut. She had to submit an appeal video to YouTube, which in itself was also plagued by even more problems. This monetization saga has been dubbed, "The Eris Incident" by Eris herself.
* On 25 November 2025 (JST), 6 members of VSPO! EN including Eris, Remia Aotsuki, Arya Kuroha, Jira Jisaki, Narin Mikure, and Riko Solari did their first full branch off-collab stream on Eris's channel a day after attending the 3-day VSPO! FES event in Japan. They played Pico Park and did snacks tasting together.
* On 5 January 2026, she was supposed to participate in an Apex Legends collaboration with Riko Solari, but overslept her scheduled time, and the collab had to be postponed by a couple of days instead. This was Eris's first time missing a collab due to oversleeping, mirroring Riko's oversleeping incident in 2025.
* Eris shares her character designer Umi with Nema Filluna from FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION, nacoicona from Melty Production, as well as the independent VTubers Sakura Nagomi, Kohaku Ren, and Umi herself.

2025
On 16 November, Eris held her debut on YouTube.
On 17 November, she did her "Debut 2.0" stream where she did a Marshmallow Q&A reading.
On 26 November, her YouTube channel and her Twitter account have reached 20,000 subscribers and followers, respectively.
2026
On 10 January, Eris celebrated her YouTube channel's monetization. That same day, she did another stream to open her membership.
On 25 January, she got invited to participate in her first tournament, the KYOVALO Cup (京VALO杯, KyoVALO Hai) VALORANT tournament hosted by Japanese eSports org AGELITE, scheduled for 11 February.
On 24 February, she did her first Twitch stream, a VALORANT game stream.
On 1 April, Eric Suzukami appeared on Eris's channel for April Fools' Day during a League of Legends collab with "Rick Lunari," Jira Jisaki, Narin Mikure, and VSPO! EN's newest member Juno Umezono. On the same day, he also released his first duet cover with Rick Lunari, "Magnet" by Ryuusei-P feat. Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka.

* On 22 November to 24 November 2025, Eris participated in the 3-day VSPO! Festival (VSPO! FES) 2025 paid event held on site in LaLa arena TOKYO BAY, which includes the FUNtastic Girls Party team gaming session featuring all branches, and the DIAMOND in the ROUGH live concert for the JP branch. It is VSPO!'s biggest and longest event to date, and included members from all 3 branches with JP, EN, and former CN members participating.
* On 11 February 2026, Eris participated in the KYOVALO Cup (京VALO杯, KYOVALO Hai) VALORANT tournament organized by Kusugami Kyoya from Japanese eSports org AGELITE, as part of team "Double Dubby Daters" (DDD) along with Narin Mikure, Kuga Leo, Claude Clawmark and DubsteP.

* Her nickname "Sushikami" (a corruption of her surname), came about after she tried to avert its use by fans, clarifying that her family name is in fact Suzukami (涼上), but she misspoke in Japanese where she instead said "it's Sushikami, by the way" (ちなみに、すしかみですよ), which she quickly realized and took back, but had the opposite effect of making it stick with viewers even more.
* She received the nickname "Eris Fugukami" from viewers to describe her "toxic gamer" persona associated with her instances of freaking out loudly on stream ("crashouts"). Fugukami is a reference to, also known as "pufferfish" in English, which is deadly toxic when eaten without proper preparation.
* Her voice is noted by both English and Japanese viewers to be similar to that of Kaga Sumire, granting her the "VSPO! EN's eSuccubus" (ENのeサキュ) title, which is one of Sumire's nicknames (eSports Succubus).
