Timeline
2018
On 12 October, XR Entertainment was established as a joint venture between Chukyo TV. Broadcasting Co., Ltd. and iDEACLOUD Inc., combining Chukyo TV's entertainment broadcasting expertise and iDEACLOUD's VR/AR technology. Kimino Miya and Otsuta L are transferred to this new company.
2019
On 26 February, XR Entertainment announced LINE stickers for Miya and L.
2020
On 26 June, XR Entertainment's VR amusement park called XR AMUSEMENT SASHIMA, opened. With it was the launch of the VR horror game AYAKASHI KITAN, featuring Kimino Miya as a support character.
2021
On 30 July, XR Entertainment's VR horror game AYAKASHI KITAN is released for the Oculus Quest.
Background
On 18 July 2018, Chukyo TV and iDEACLOUD's Japanese Hanjo! Bilingual VTuber Project started with the debut of Kimino Miya.
On 10 September 2018, Chukyo TV announced a mascot VTuber named Kokon to debut on Kimino Miya's channel. He will also serve as her Producer.
On 15 September 2018, Chukyo TV's Virtual Announcer Project started with the debut of Otsuta L.
Closure
At the end of December, XR Entertainment ceased operations and Otsuta L, as their last remaining VTuber, reverted to direct affiliation with Chukyo TV.
