As an announcer, L has plenty of experience working as an events MC and presenter, in both virtual and real-life spaces.
Similar to Kimino Miya and Kokon (who serves as Miya's producer), Otsuta L is joined by Maui D, who serves as her director and can sometimes be heard talking to her in the background.
2018
On 15 September, L uploaded her first video to start her activities on YouTube.
On 12 October, she became part of XR Entertainment, a new company formed by Chukyo TV. Broadcasting Co., Ltd. and iDEACLOUD Inc., alongside Kimino Miya.
On 1 November, the video of her first collab with Kimino Miya, where they played Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection International together, was uploaded to Miya's channel.
On 5 December, she celebrated winning 1st place on TikTok's VToker General Election with a commemorative stream.
On 14 December, she did her very first game stream, playing Modern Combat Versus.
2019
On 26 February, XR Entertainment announced LINE stickers for L and Miya.
On 30 September, L celebrated her 1st anniversary. On the same day, she also formed the "Nippon Rettou" (日本烈島, Japanese Islands) local-type idol unit together with Maizuru Yokato from Fukuoka, Nema Ui from Okinawa, and Senno Inori from Fukushima with L representing Aichi prefecture.
2020
On 27 May, L became affiliated with 's V-Clan (operated by ClaN Entertainment) as one of its first 50 participating VTubers, many of them also coming from various agencies. V-Clan is not an agency, so she continues to be part of XR Entertainment at the same time.
On 6 June, she celebrated her birthday and debuted her new 3D costume. The design is a mainly yellow and white jacket emblazoned with "O+L", paired with a black baseball cap.
On 30 September, she celebrated her 2nd anniversary. In recognition of her achievements as a local VTuber representing Nagoya, for promoting the city through events such as the Nagoya VTuber Festival, she was appointed the official Nagoya Tourism and Cultural Exchange Ambassador by the mayor of Nagoya city.
2021
On 20 September, Miya and L released their final collab song, Hanamuke no Asa (餞の朝). Miya and L will also perform Tip Top*Tips and and Hanamuke no Asa on Day 3 of Life Like A Live!2, a virtual idol festival.
On 26 September, Miya retired and L later started the duty of re-uploading all of Miya's videos and stream archives to her channel, uploading them every week: archived videos on Fridays, and archived streams on Saturdays.
On 30 September, she celebrated her 3rd anniversary.
On 2 October, L, Maui D, and Miya's producer Kokon held a Secret Meeting "afterparty" behind-the-scenes stream.
At the end of December, XR Entertainment ceased operations and L reverted to direct affiliation with Chukyo TV.

Retirement
On 8 June, Chukyo TV announced that L would be retiring on 30 June 2026, after almost 8 years of VTubing. L confirms this information in her own tweet.
On 24 June, L held her final regular stream on YouTube. Kimino Miya also made a post-retirement call in to L's stream as a special guest. On the same day, she has also finished reuploading Miya's stream archives on her own channel, with their final collab song, Hanamuke no Asa (餞の朝) serving as the last reupload left on the list. After this, L will still be participating in her scheduled offline graduation party event on 27 June, if weather permits.
On 27 June, she held a short stream beginning at 6PM JST, to kick off her offline graduation party event, ending at around 10PM JST.
