Project Artificial Intelligence on Reliable Input, alias Project A.I.R.I, is an advanced bionic created by an extraterrestrial civilization from a planet located 50,000 light-years away from Earth. A.I.R.I was sent to Earth aboard a spaceship traveling at 2.5 times the speed of light to observe the development of life and virtual technology on our... planet. The spaceship landed near the home of a lonely stargazer who became the developer of the Special Assistant Mobile Satellite of Unidentified Lifeform System, or S.A.M.S.U.L System, which now serves as the primary operating system of A.I.R.I.
