She has long white hair with icy blue undertones, two ahoges and black horns with blue 'rings' wrapped around them and two bows on the end. In her back, she has two bat-like wings, which are blue inside, and a very long devilish tail. Her right eye is blue, while her left eye is yellow. Her chest is very flat. She wears a revealing dress tainted of black and white, with blue borders. Over her bare feet, she wears heavy black cuffs.

- On 31 May, 2024, Koa was a guest at OffKai Expo 2024 in the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. She was part of the collaborate concert between idol Corp & V4Mirai "OffKair4oke", y was at the main panel of Offkai as a participant of the "idol Feud" special event. The following day she had a Meet & Greet with her followers and was also in a Q&A Pannel along with other IdolES members.
- On 23 & 24 Novemeber 2024, Koa appeared in the Japan Weekend in Valencia, Spain. During this event, she sung a charitable Karaoke Relay, appeared in a panel along with Meica05, Ruby, and Lala where they had a Q&A, and a Meet & Greet with her fans.
- On 20 June 2025, koa was a guest at OffKai Expo 2025 in San Jose, California where she had a Meet & Greet at the Brave Group US's booth. She also performed at the ChromaSHIFT's 3D concert "Supernova" on 21 June.
- On 6 September 2025, Koa was a guest at VeXpo 2025 in Birmingham, UK where she did a Meet & Greet, and performed in the 2nd ChromaSHIFT 3D Concert titled "Supernova 'innit."
- On 26 April 2026, Koa had a guest appearance in Kōri-Oujo's ISEKAI'D S2 offline Vtuber concert, participating in some of the group songs. The concert was performed at the Galaxy Theaters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
