Alona Moon

Loosely inspired by the book The Little Prince and the song Space Oddity, "Alona" is a young star child whose trapped on a moon in a universe far, far away. She was once part of a colony of long living intelligent celestials that utilized the moons and asteroids around their home planet as extra space and resources, and was sent to one of their... distant moons used as a medical quarantine facility for an unknown sickness while her people created a cure. She would've been picked up and sent home soon after, however a rogue meteor destroyed her home planet while she was away, thus leaving her unaware of the fate of her people, and now trapped on her moon. She continued waiting for many years until she stumbled across a cute sentient space probe named Voyager that had fell from orbit. Using it to connect to a planet called Earth, millions of light years away, as she studies the culture and interact with the Earthlings she befriends, she hopes that someone would carry her message and build a rocket to pick them up some day.

She adopted the name Alona Moon from the phrase "Days I've been alone on a moon" written on the diary she kept track, but her real name has long been forgotten. Show more
