Lyra Calyptra, also known as Lyly, is a female English-language VTuber who debuted independently on Twitch in May 2021 and joined the 3AM Talent group in September 2024. Standing at 6'9" (206 cm), she streams gaming and free-talk content under her unique character design by Mo and illustrations by herself, ARS, and LyraCalyptra.

Lyra is a friendly yet smug streamer who likes to bully her chat. She cracks tons of jokes and has an easygoing vibe. She is quite hardworking and often has the urge to continue creating new renditions of her model, whether it may be an outfit or an entirely updated model from scratch. On top of that, she is always eager to show off progress on current model projects with her chat often split between enabling her to leak images or prohibiting her from doing so. Her humor has shown her community that she is what she describes as "tastefully unhinged," often joking about insanity.
Lyra also has an alter ego named Kylra, an ultra cool, gigachad gamer who is good at FPS games and extremely popular with women.

She has medium length white hair with red streaks and red eyes and moth antennae with fluffy eyebrows.

Lyra Calyptra, as the name implies, is based on the Calyptra moth, a unique species of moth commonly referred to as "vampire moth" for drinking the blood of vertebrates, including humans.
2022
On 20 March, Lyra debuted her 2.0 model.
On 21 July, Lyra achieved Twitch partner status.
On 26 August, Lyra changed her Twitch username from "LyraCalyptra" to "Lyra"
On 16 September, Lyra debuted her 3.0 model.
