He went from place to place attempting to survive and find a place to call his own in a vein attempt to seek revenge, When He realized revenge wasn't his game he became a trader for a number of years.
By his 25th birthday While selling his wares late at night he was attacked by a vampire who turned him. His Sire's name has been lost to history and Bernie won't speak on it.
As the centuries past Bernie has been seen on multiple battlefields in many unnamed and forgotten wars defending his home country that is no longer remembered by history.
Bernie settled down for a number of years in another dead kingdom working as a mercenary where he earned the kings favor and was rewarded with a castle.
The castle still stands to this day but has been moved to a new location where Bernie resides and streams for you all.
In the past century Bernie has hired a wizard who has assisted him with a number of tasks including building PC's and creating mysterious potions.
The most recent potion has turned Bernie into an orange cat which he doesn't seem bothered by and prefers to remain in this form.
