Chio is a female ferret animal spirit with split-dye hair. The top layer is ash blonde, while the lower layer and parts of her fringe are green. She wears two golden hair clips on each side of her face, the left pair slightly higher, with one clip shaped like a clover. Her eyes are bright green with clover highlights and soft pink-red eyeliner. She has small ferret ears, fangs on both teeth rows, a large ahoge, and an ash-blonde tail with the top tied with a pink ribbon and clover clip. Chio wears a leather choker and a worn golden paw-print coin around her neck. Her outfit includes a frilled tank top, high-waisted brown shorts with a gold and green clover buckle, a loose green cardigan with yellow hems and pink sleeve stripes, and mismatched socks. She finishes the look with brown leather combat boots with yellow soles marked with pink paw prints. Her fingernails and toenails are soft green.

She debuted as a VTuber on 11 June 2025 with the Suiika customisable model.
