The creature has a human-like shape, features additional mouths in the hair, cartilage clothing, and no legs. They usually sits in a protective shell.

Before streaming, he was known as a developer of multiple Five Nights at Freddy's fangames, most namely: Porkchops Horror show, A Shadow Over Freddys, Another FNaF Fangame: Open Source, FNaF plus.

On the 17 of September, Phil formally debuted on YouTube as a PNGTuber with the intent of archiving his reactions to beloved games, such as Deltarune.

On the 14 of September, Phil re-debuted with the Live2D model.
2026
On 17 oFebruary, Phil announced a re-debut with a new VTuber character for the channel's 5th anniversary. However, Phi themself will remain on the channel and still be used on occasion for streams that either require a lot of focus, or if Phil just doesn't feel like using the VTuber model that day. In the same stream, he would debut a new version of Phi he dubbed "Final Phi", which will be the main phi design going forward.
