Dwerg is a Dwarf Artisan who runs a forge in the Sol Kingdom. After tinkering with some magical artifacts they discovered a way to create a form of portal through space and time. Through these portals they are able to interact with the world of the viewer, and they've become a fanatic of their western cultures' fads and aesthetics of the 90s.
