Lumi is a soft spoken young woman who likes to stay up at night, starting her streams at a late hour in her timezone and often staying live for over 4 hours each time, sometimes even 6. She is predominantly a girly girl, though she does have the occasional tomboyish trait such as being quite skilled in shooter games (Strinova being one of her favourites).
Appearance
Lumi is a dog girl with brown hair and pink eyes. Her 'healer' outfit consists of a white strapless top, a purple high waisted skirt layered over a white petticoat, and a dark purple corset with pink laces. Her accessories include a purple beret, a bell collar, and white gloves. Completing the outfit is a pair of white stockings held up by heart clip garter straps, and dark purple high heeled boots.
She also has a maid outfit with similar design elements to her healer attire. The dress is dark purple with short sleeves, a white collar, and a small bone shaped cut-out around her upper chest. This dress is again layered over a white petticoat, and a frilly white maid apron is worn over it. In early August, she adopted sakurai_mon's MO customisable model, and would keep it as her main VTuber form throughout 2024. Her streams around this time primarily consisted of art, chatting, and hybrid ASMR-singing streams with the occasional gaming stream as well.

FuzzyStarArt's Twitch channel surpassed 1,000 followers in January, and continued to grow at a much faster rate than previous years throughout 2025. She also started using VRChat more often this year, particularly for ASMR Fridays which become a relatively popular staple of her channel.
