Lumi is a soft spoken young woman who likes to stay up at night, starting her streams at a late hour in her timezone and often staying live for over 4 hours each time, sometimes even 6. She is predominantly a girly girl, though she does have the occasional tomboyish trait such as being quite skilled in shooter games (Strinova being one of her favourites).

Lumi is a dog girl with brown hair and pink eyes. Her 'healer' outfit consists of a white strapless top, a purple high waisted skirt layered over a white petticoat, and a dark purple corset with pink laces. Her accessories include a purple beret, a bell collar, and white gloves. Completing the outfit is a pair of white stockings held up by heart clip garter straps, and dark purple high heeled boots.

She also has a maid outfit with similar design elements to her healer attire. The dress is dark purple with short sleeves, a white collar, and a small bone shaped cut-out around her upper chest. This dress is again layered over a white petticoat, and a frilly white maid apron is worn over it. Accessories for the maid outfit include dark purple shoes, white thigh high socks, frilly wristbands, and a white maid headband.

FuzzyStarArt is also an experienced artist whose online presence dates back to at least 2020. She became a VTuber in 2023, originally using her OC as a PNGTuber.
