May stands at 5'8" (173 cm) and possess bright golden and green eyes with gold star-shaped pupils - a sign that she has been blessed by her Goddess, Symphonia. She has pinkish, red hair. She is pale, often dwelling only within her Church. She often wears clothes that are dark and long, accentuating her long legs that feature music-staff tattoos. She prefers a gothic style, donning black lipstick and dark clothing, with features of pink and purple within her design. Her nails are kept long, sharp, and dark, often black or deep purple.

Notably, May has a variety of mouths. On her Live2D model, there is one beneath her eye that she keeps hidden behind her bang, one in the center of her chest, two beneath her chest, one on her stomach, and two on her legs. May can spawn mouths at will, and is sometimes depicted with mouths on her hands or the back of her head.

May strives to have a commandeering presence within her Church, but she often defaults to a kind yet loudmouthed personality with her audience. She is particularly enthusiastic about music in all forms, but often enthuses on genres such as Metal and Visual Kei. May often fumbles when her audience showers her with praise, and will become abashedly aggressive in response. She has an almost gremlin-like cackle, and will often switch between a soft and suave voice to a chaotic screech.

She also enjoys playing various instruments, which she calls "the Orchestra of Annoyance" on stream, such as the slide whistle, kazoo, recorder and more.

May is the long-time Priestess of the Church of Symphonia. It is unknown how long she has been the head of this Church, but many seem to fear her and her mouths. However, she is able to successfully draw many to her church due to her sonorous voice. It has been said that her metal screams indicate her true nature. The Church of Symphonia has long fallen out of popularity, though May continues to sing and give her sermons.

Her most devoted Church staff, Church I.T. Tech, infused his physical being with a computer in order to bring her sermons to the world.
