Hikari Kogane, an independent English-speaking VTuber formerly part of NEXAS's Class Nebulink, made his debut on AniLive in July 2024 and later streamed on YouTube and IRIAM. Known for gaming streams and his basketball-themed persona, he is often called the "Prince of the Court" by fans who use the tag #ballbuds. His character design comes from illustrator Yukai Nao.

On 21 July, Hikari made his debut on AniLive. He would become the 2nd member of Class Nebulink to debut.
On 15 October, Hikari announced that he will be making his debut as part of Celestrio on 20 October. He would be the second member of the sub-group to debut on YouTube.
2025
On 19 January, Hikari announced his IRIAM US debut set for the 30th of the same month.
