NEXAS was a VTuber agency focusing on English-speaking VTubers that aims to be an “Academia” for talents aspiring to become the next generation of virtual stars. NEXAS aims to debut "100, and eventually over 1000 talents" within the future to realize their dreams, and their current focus is to ensure the growth of their current and soon-to-be talents.
The company was founded by CEO of forCreators Harry So.
Talents from NEXAS both debuted and stream on an app called AniLive, developed by former CEO of PRISM Project Captain. During the debuts of the first 27 members, AniLive was in a TestFlight closed beta status and only those with an iOS device and/or Twitch re-streaming could access the debuts. Within this app, talents stream in a vertical landscape similar to TikTok or YouTube Shorts. Viewers can send a talent "gifts" through an in app purchase Coin system. Depending on how expensive the gift is, varying amounts of visual effects will play on the screen once a gift is bought.
At the time of closure, NEXAS managed 61 talents.

On 9 December, NEXAS announced its closure, scheduled to 31 January 2025. Talents were offered the option to retain their IP rights and continue as independent VTubers.
Class Genesis
They debuted on 26, 27 and 28 April 2024 with 9 talents debuting in 30 minute sessions. Due to connection issues, Nell's debut had to be delayed to 7 June.
Class Genesis' name is derived from the word genesis, meaning the origin at which something comes into being, as they're the first class of NEXAS to debut.
Class Nebulink
Their debuts were from 21 July to 28 July 2024 with 2 talents debuting in 30 minute sessions. Due to personal reasons, Kanami Kaito's debut was delayed to 26 August.
Class Nebulink's name is a portmanteau of the words "nebula" and "link".
Class Yume
Their debuts were from 13-15 September 2024. This is the first class to not be a mixed-gender class, being entirely of female talents. Due to personal reasons, Rune Atelier's debut was pushed to 10 October, which is also her birthday.
Class Yume's name is derived from the romaji spelling of the word dream (夢) in Japanese.
Class Tensei
They would debut on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th of November 2024, except for Pyxi Pop and Seraphina Seadrake, who would debut at later dates. While no reason was specified for Pyxi's debut being delayed to 30 November, Sera's debut was delayed due to medical reasons, although she wouldn't debut due to NEXAS closing down, as her last post was on October 2024 with no mention of a rescheduled debut. During the debuts, Himitsu Haruki had his debut rescheduled the next day after the first wave of debuts (2 November) while Kyoka Docere had her debut rescheduled to the 10th of November. This is the first class to not have consecutive debut days, rather debuts being held on two weekends in a single month.
Class Tensei's name is derived from the romaji spelling of the word reincarnation (転生) in Japanese. However, it can also be the romaji spelling of the word nature (天性) in the same language with the same pronounciation, as some of its members are related to nature in one way or another.
