On 24 July, he started a series where he'd design and rig a Live2D character on stream.
On 20 August, he finalized his Live2D project. The model was put on sale "in search of a soul." It's later used by the VTuber Mikahara Miku.
On 11 October, he announced his first official character and Live2D design commission for Lily Athanasia, who later made her VTuber debut on 26 October.
On 23 November, Tou announced his work on the Live2D rigging for Nakiri Ayame's second costume, marking the start of a long working relationship with hololive production for years to come.
