Inanna Bell, also known as Ina or Nanna, is an independent Chinese-English speaking VTuber who debuted on April 24, 2024. As a fairy from Neverland, she focuses on singing and ASMR content but also chats, plays cozy games, and occasionally does roleplay streams. Inanna is very gentle and soft-spoken. She is ditzy and often confused, but she is almost always happy and cheery. She enjoys helping people feel better and becomes very affectionate to those she has gotten to know. If she consumes too much sugar, she can become mischievous and play little pranks on people (such as turning their hair green or making them think their name is Frank).
Appearance
Inanna has very long, light green matcha colored hair work in wavy twintails with her signature triangular buns. She has glowing gold eyes and butterfly-wing ears. Her bangs are slightly swept to the left, with a streak of light pink. Inanna typically wears a flowy yellow dress with cream-colored frills and various butterfly-wing accessories. Her hair and clothes are also adorned with moonflowers.
Ina is 7 cm tall with large pink wings and is usually sparkling with fairy dust. She is very slender and dainty, with super tiny hands and feet.
Story
Like all fairies in Neverland, Inanna Bell was born from a child's first laugh. The laugh drifted up up up into the sky until it reached Pixie Hollow, where she became a little song fairy. She spent her days sending lullabies down to Earth to soothe babies and children as they drifted off to sleep. One day, as the last drop of magic evaporated in Neverland, she found herself unable to fly, and slowly everyone lost consciousness. When Inanna's eyes opened again, she had arrived on Earth. She realized that her mission is to make humans believe in fairies once again to save her homeland. The friends she made on Earth supported her with their faith, and started Inanna's streaming career to help her reach more people. Now, Inanna livestreams to spread her magic to everyone!

Back in Neverland, Inanna was a Lullaby fairy, which meant she and her fellow song fairies created and sang lullabies and packaged them up with a kiss, a hug, and some fairy dust. These packages would be carried by Messenger fairies to Earth, and dropped off into babies and children's' heads. The lullabies purified any stress and bad thoughts in their little brains so they could sleep peacefully and happily.
Skills & special powers
As a fairy, Inanna is always sparkling with fairy dust. When sprinkled on others, they temporarily gain the ability to fly (until the effects wear off). Her fairy dust can also be used to temporarily cast small spells, such as turning someone into a bird, stealing a child's sense of smell, locking away a bad memory, or making strawberries taste like bananas. Inanna has a very gentle and calming voice, which she uses to sing magical healing lullabies (Fairy's Song). People who hear her voice feel at peace, letting their stress and anxiety melt away. Her song is capable of inducing intense emotions in humans, often mirroring her own. This can be dangerous when Inanna is experiencing something dark, amplifying feelings of loss, hopelessness, and sadness in those around her. Fortunately, because fairies are so small, they can't fit many big feelings inside! So even if Inanna feels down at times, she is easily distracted and cheered up.
Weaknesses
She cannot cook, and anything she does make causes stomachaches. She is also severely directionally challenged and will get lost going anywhere. She also falls asleep spontaneously sometimes. She has trouble spelling and doing math because she never had to in Neverland, and still does not understand why humans made these silly things up.
