On 23 March, Kion and Nonoah uploaded a teaser video revealing their project and their Unit channel "ECLXPSE."
On 30 March, during a stream, Kion announced that she became a YouTube partner, she also enabled channel's supperchat feature. On the same day, Kion and Nonoah under the unit name "ECLXPSE" released their first official collaboration cover song "Zettai Zetsumei" by EGOIST.
On 22 April, Kion opened her channel membership feature.
On 21 May, she had her first collaboration stream with VTubers outside Akio AIR, Kion Dojima and Athena Nightingale of Akio AIR collaborated with Kaneko Lumi and Rinkou Ashelia of Phase-Connect in game "Phasmophobia".
Retirement
On 2 October, Kion Dojima suddenly left Akio AIR alongside MEW Horizon and Nonoah, and so retired.
Return as independent
On 22 February, Kion Dojima announced that she would return as an independent VTuber and rebrand as "Kiyon".
