Koshima was originally a NSFW OC, but was repurposed for use as a vtubing model by him.
While plastic surgery tech in Koshima's world is advanced, allowing even combat wounds to be "buffed out", there is no tech for changing the pitch of someone's voice. This is why his voice remains deep, despite the feminine appearance.
