As a familiar, Dandelion's job is to help her master to channel his magic and perform better in magical affairs. She took the form of a cat since those were the mage's favorite and, sadly, her more humanoid form is the result of a bad transfiguration spell gone wrong. She cares a lot for Frederick (mage) and always were more than happy to be by his side. However, 200 years after their first encounter, he simply disappeared without trace, leaving Dandelion alone in the world. She has been searching for him for about 100 years now, and won't rest until they are reunited.
