Mofu-tan is a seal puppy otokonoko VTuber with short, pale blue-white hair with darker spots on the bangs, a large ahoge, folded puppy ears, and hair accessories. The hair accessories include: a muskmelon hairpin and a narutomaki hairpin. He has gray, droopy moe eyes. He also has a moe fang. The inside of his mouth is blue, and he has sharp, shark-like teeth.
His clothing includes an off-sleeve white, blue, and green-collared shirt with a blue fish on it and the word "fih" on the front. He also wears blue and white-striped thigh high stockings with no shoes.
